[SOLVED] Can intel core i5 10600k boot faster than Intel Core i3 10100?

Hello everyone. I have recently bought Asrock Z490m pro4. I am using intel core i3 10100, ram Kingston 2666 mhz ddr4 and Samsung Ssd 970 Evo plus 500 gb. Psu 600watt corsair. Mine windows 10 boot time between 5 to 7sec. Post time was 3.5 sec. I want to know that if I use intel core i5 10600k, or intel core i9 10850k then can it be possible to boot windows 10 under 5 sec without overclocking. If I had to overclocked which cooling system should I use to control VRM temperature?

CPU has very little to do with that. Post time notwithstanding (depends on BIOS) most of OS boot time depends on disk system and how much stuff has OS to start at that time.

Measuring clock speed, is there not possible to boot windows 10 under 5 sec after calculating 4.1-3.6=0.5 ghz base frequency more than core i3 ? please describe

Still not enough to make any difference, during POST time it's BIOS and settings that are bottleneck, there are many things to activate and check, BIOS itself is slow chip and it has t read from CMOS to make all settings. From POST to starting windows mostly depends on disk(s) also to desktop but with added startup drivers and programs.
