Can intel core i5 760 play smite and dota 2 smoothly and in high settings ?

Full PC information:

CPU:
Intel core i5 760 @ 2.80GHz
8 GB RAM
64 bit

Video Card:
Nvidia Geforce GTX 660
2gb GDDR5
192-bit

Just wanna ask if my pc can run Dota 2 and smite in high graphic settings and with no issues at all.

I know that the cpu is kinda old but as of now its what I got. Please give me straight answers.
