The DDR3-1600 will run fine on your system provided you do not have other older memory you intend to use with it. If you have old memory you wish to pair the new RAM up with you will find it may cause instability issues. This is why its recommended that you buy RAM in sets of two. So for 8GB of RAM you would want 2x4GB or 4x2GB.
The DDR3-1600 will run at DDR3-1333 speeds in your system as that CPU and Motherboard were not designed to run the memory at the faster DDR3-1600 speed. Don't worry the system will automatically adjust for this.
To give you piece of mind. I have an i5-2500k and its running fine on 2x2GB of DDR3-1333 plus 2x4GB of DDR3-1600 combined they run at the stock speed of DDR3-1333.
