Can Intel HD 2000 run RTS games?

Total war is kind of a throw up, possibly the first shogun or medieval it might run. Keep in mind too that these games can be run without doing the 3d battle sequences if you want to simulate everything, if your okay with that you can definitely run those. Generally speaking RTS games are usually more cpu dependent but the hd 2000 is probly going to still cripple you on most games, I wouldn't count on anything new really.
