Hello, can intel hd graphics family video card play starcraft 2? on what settings? what fps will it have average

my other specs are 6 gbs of ram and intel core i3 2350m cpu at 2.30 ghz

You are essentially using an Intel HD 3000 graphics with a clock rate of 650mhz. You can see a bit more on this exact setup for instance here:

I dont have that setup or I would test it for you.
