The iGPU has the ability to run 4K graphics (2D), so technically it should be able to handle 3 1080p displays. But unless that PC has 3 x digital ports on the back, I would think there's no way to hook up the 3 monitors.

You can pick up a 1030 for cheap or even a used 750TI and youll have no issue.

As listed on Ark.intel.com the integrated hd graphics supports up to 3 4k monitors though most motherboards only have 2 digital display interfaces and one analogue one

It only has one VGA port and one HDMI port, so that particular computer will only support 2 monitors.
