I have HP probook 5330m which has a second generation Intel core i3 2310M process.
Can it be overclocked? And what about integrated Graphics Intel hd 3000,can it also be overclocked?

No you can't OC and even if you could you wouldn't gain any extra performance with that setup.

You should never overclock a laptop processor, even if it is possible. Laptops run hot enough as it is, to add overclocking is practically a guarantee for a burnt out laptop.
