That would be no.

Motherboard sockets that supports Pentium 4 as far as I remember is Socket 478 (DDR) and LGA775 (DDR & DDR2 & DDR3). So the maximum type of RAM that can work on Pentium 4 is DDR3, as long as you have an LGA775 board that supports DDR3.
