Been doing some research, since i'm planning to get a I5 4670k, with a gigabyte z87 ud4h and a G.Skill Ares DDR3 2133 8GB (4x2), on the intel site it says i5 can only go up to 1600 as a max, unless you have xmp/amp support on your Mobo. The problem now is apparently Haswell don't support xmp as far as memory control goes, so i was wondering if i should even bother with 2133, and if i do have to have a 1600 then is there a possibility to increase the Mhz? apparently 1600 will not overclock to anything.

My Haswell (I7 4770k) is running G.Skill 1866 MHZ memory, Haswell is only limited by what your motherboard limits are. XMP is a simple setup in your bias that will take care of setting your RAM speed for you.
