[SOLVED] Can internet cutting in and out effect games to crash?

i've been playing csgo for a couple of months now, but recently my game has been crashing to desktop without leaving me a crash report unless i looked in the event viewer. i tried to fix this problem by roll backing my nivida drivers or by running my game in administer mode but still ended up crashing. keep in mind this is the only game that crashes on me like this on steam. i even reinstalled steam and reinstalled windows 10 but still the same issue. i tried to also disable my firewall which the only one i have is the windows firewall but no luck either. but i noticed that my internet would disconnect for 5 seconds or so and return back. so i was wondering if that has anything to do with my csgo crashing? btw i checked my event viewer and i got this error message everytime my csgo would crash."Error: Failed to add firewall exception for D:\SteamLibrary\steam\bin\cef\cef.win7x64\steamwebhelper.exe" so it would be great help if that has anything to do with my game crashing

Add Steamwebhelper.exe to the Firewall by going to the Security Center>Firewall>Allow an App>Change settings & select your App.
Let us know if that resolved the problem.
