Can it fit?

Can a GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 (ATX) fit into a case wich has ASRock G31M-S (micro ATX) and under the motherboard is still around 5 cm space? Can it fit?

If the case is ATX compatible , then yes can fit. If the case is mATX then is imposible.
