Can it run Black Ops 3?

I am planning on getting a new laptop with these features:
Nvidia 940M
Intel i7
8GB of RAM
Will this laptop run Black Ops 3 well? My current laptop has Intel i3, and 8GB of RAM, but I'm not sure what the graphics card is. The game played at a max fps of 34 when looking at the main menu and a max of 23 while in game. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone knows if this laptop that I am looking to purchase will be worth it!

A 940M is lightyears faster than any Intel IGPU. You should start getting 60fps at the same settings with the 940m.
