Can It Run??

I have motherboard ASUS P5KC (I know it's not something special). I am wondering, can i run this proccessor: Intel i5 4460 and if I can't what would you suggest my for my pc that I can run

and btw can I add 4 gb ram to my ? I now have 4 gb

That board isn't compatible with the 4460.

As SR-71 said that board is not compatible with a 4460, and also your DDR2 RAM will not work with that processor (DDR3 Only).
