Can l Overclock My A8 7670k with the motherboard l have and if so how?

I have got a F2A68Hm-DS2 motherboard and I was wondering if it is possible if l can overclock my 7670k and if so how?
Also if l turn off my integrated graphics inside the processor will it give me more room to overclock or improve it? and I have a black edition 7670K what does that mean?

According to the manufacturer that CPU isn't officially supported on that motherboard -- http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-F2A68HM-DS2-rev-10#support-cpu

It is a 95W CPU and the maximum supported CPU is 100W. The power subsystem on that motherboard doesn't have much room for overclock.
