The spec is here : https://www.cnet.com/products/lenovo-thinkcentre-m72e-3660-core-i3-3240-3-4-ghz-monitor-none-series/specs/

I found a second hand product so if this pc psu can really handle 1030, it would really decrease the overall cost by 180$, wich is a lot for me.
I will also add additional 4gb ram.

In spec, its listed it has AC 120/230 V (50/60 Hz) power supply.

So.., can it handle gt1030?

Solution
That 120/240 is the input voltage compatibility for using it in different countries/regions -- nothing to do with the output wattage/amps which determines if the PSU is suitable for a particular system.

Ah dont worry, i found a tower version so im sure it has expansion slot.

Yeah, turns out there are the small form factor towers and then the really small units that have no slots. Ok, given that it does have a 16X slot, there is no physical reason a low profile card wouldn't work. The question then is, does the GT 1030 work with it, I don't see why it wouldn't.
There are many videos of far older machines running a GT 1030. The Lenovo has a Gen 3 i3 on a H61 chipset, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. At worse, you may need to update the BIOS, but even that is unlikely.
