Yes it can but it's a poor quality power supply. Upgrade or buy a better PSU when you can.
Since it's temporary it won't hurt upgrade to a more reliable PSU in the future.

Masterwatt LITE. pretty much sums up everything. Gaming gpus and pc's are anything BUT lite usage. A decent gpu is going to demand instant, massive power draws, multiple times a second.

Not only is that LITE psu a pretty poor psu in its own right, but it's also designed as an OEM replacement for office usage. Not in any way related to anything gaming or designed for gaming use.

Yes, it'll power the 2060. That's not the question. The real question is 'for how long?' and 'will I be dealing with power issues and stability?'

If gaming was a heavy construction area, you just showed up in flip-flops. Go get some Boots. A solid, quality 550w psu designed for gaming usage.
