Can matx motherboard fit zotac 1070 amp extreme?

My motherboard model is GA-B85M-DS3H-A

It depends on the case.

The motherboard will take any x16 PCI-E card but the question really is whether there is room in your case?

What case do you have?

My case can fit the 1070 basically ,but I just worry about that the Width 2.5-slot of the zotac 1070 extreme will crush the front panel audio header. ><

The FP audio header doesn't look close when I look at pictures of the mobo....the only thing I can see being blocked is the PCI-E x1 slot by the x16.

Yes this is my mobo

Then on that board the FP audio connector is right at the bottom, nowhere near the x16 PCIE slot so the 1070 wouldn't be close
