Hi I am thinking about getting another monitor and I was just wondering if I plugged a monitor into that would it be used by the graphics card?

If so then I could (if the GPU supported it) have up to 7 monitors. I know like none do but still just wondering. Also could be useful if you didn't have enough connectors for say hdmi monitors on your gpu.

Just wondering if it would work. Thanks

No, most iGPUs get turned off by the Mobo when it detects a dedicated GPU in the PCIE slot. The only exception I'm aware of is the A series APU by AMD, they can actually be matched with a dedicated GPU.
