Can my 1333MHz memory "prevent" an overclock on my processor?

Here's the thread: I want to overclock my FX-6300 to 4.3GHz, but I need to know if my Kingston 8GB DDR3 1333MHz can somehow prevent my processor of working on this clock.

My setup
-Gigabyte GA78LMT-USB3 (rev 5.0)
-FX-6300
-R9 280X
-Cooler Master Hyper T4 (on push-pull system)
-1x Kingston 8GB DDR 1333MHz (KVR1333D3N9/8G)

I know that temperature can limit processor's clock in some cases, but the memory frequency can do it too?

If you just raise multiplier, memory frequency will stay same and will not be a problem.
