Can my 400w psu (450w peak) work on GTX 750 Ti

Hi! I'm new here. So can someone answer my question?

My PSU is FSP Hexa+ 400w 80+ and it's say 450w at peak. So, can my PSU power the Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti Black Edition? On the official website, the recommended power is 400w.
