Can my 450W PSU support a GTX 960?

Here is my:

PSU (Antec 450W)
CPU (AMD FX-6300)
Motherboard (ASUS M5A78L-M)

And here are the official specifications for the GeForce GTX 960. It recommends 400W of system power, but that seems rather low for such a high-end graphics card. Would my PSU be able to support my CPU and GPU?

It's based on "Maxwell" hardware which maximises performance whilst keeping power consumption low.
Add to that the fact that GPU manufacturer's always recommend higher wattage PSU than is actually required in most cases (to allow for heavily loaded systems) , 450w will be fine.
