Hi I'm thinking of buying the EVGA RTX 2070 Super Black Edition 8GB but it says on the min requirements for a power supply that you need 650W, I have a EVGA 600BQ Power Supply would that still be enough?

Here are my specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: Asrock B450m Pro4
Ram: 16GB Ram
power supply: EVGA 600BQ

It might. It might not.
Wattage isn't everything. The quality of the internal components matters more, and that's where your current psu falls behind on.

A low quality psu paired with a mid-high end gpu isn't exactly a stellar combination.

Not a problem. Your whole pc won't be pulling more than @ 400W (ish), well under what that BQ is capable of sustaining.

They are sorta correct, the BQ I believe is the one 'B' Evga that's not halfway bad, so there's that at least. It's the other 'B' units that really do not belong in a gaming oriented pc.

I have a full custom loop, 3700x with OC, 2070S run by a 600w Corsair SFX (stack a couple of cigarette packs together and the size is close).
