Can my all in one pc become a monitor?

I am planning to build a pc.In order to save some money,I want to use my all in one pc as a monitor for that pc,but I am not sure if my current all in one pc can do that.The monitor I will be using is Acer Aspire Z3 615.Thank you for all the feedbacks.

Far as I know it has an auxilary hdmi input on the back so the answer should be yes.
