Can my build play fallout 4 or any new games with decent fps in medium-high settings?

I'm trying to save on my pc parts and these parts only cost about $470. Are theses parts any good? My build cosists of the following:

-Processor: i3 4160
-Motherboard: Gigabyte H81M GAMING 3
-PSU: Corsair VS450
-Memory: Gskill Ripjaws X 8gb
-GPU: GTX 960
-HDD: Westerndigital Caviar blue

It's an ok build, but the processor is probably going to hold you back if not completely prevent you from launching new games. If you really want to play new AAA games at medium to high settings, you should be looking at no worse than a quad-core I5 system.

I wish I could change my processor, but that is the best that I can afford right now. But maybe in the near future, I'll change it. thanks anyways
