Last I saw on their official site, the minimum requirements were as follows:

Minimum specifications:

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1, Windows Vista 64 Bit Service Pack 2* (*NVIDIA video card recommended if running Vista OS)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz
Memory: 4GB
Video Card: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB (DX 10, 10.1, 11)
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible
HDD Space: 65GB
DVD Drive

The team who did the Max Payne 3 PC port handles the GTA5 PC porting and to be honest, MP3 on PC is pretty damn well optimized.

the mp3 game has joining session problems like connection issues and sync issues tried on many pc and internet speeds. and you are telling it as damn well optimized game this is just a timepass joke i ever heard

At 1280x720 resolution and low settings, you should be able to run GTA V, but don't expect a frame rate beyond 30.

What type of RAM are you looking at specifically? The graphics element of an APU doesn't have its own VRAM, like a dedicated GPU, so it uses system RAM instead. As the APU is constantly reading and writing data to the system RAM it needs to be fast; 1866Mhz at the least and 2100Mhz ideally.

Stop being ignorant. Connectivity issues are on the servers side (or your ISP) NOT HOW OPTIMIZED THE GAME IS. Jesus...

lol the game is still not fixed u can't even use directx11 properly on that game i have tried it you have to make a shortcut for that &bla bla bla so shut up i just said the truth

This means my 4th Generation i3 and my old GT430 1Gb DDR3 along with my 8Gb of RAM should cut it.
