Can my Build run Battlefield 1? Also, what to upgrade next?

I want to be able to run Battlefield 1 At 1080p 60fps ultra settings. Now, I think I might run into difficulties with that.

My monitor is not the best, a 110 buck 1080p monitor from best buy.

I cannot find ANY info on my GPU, I don't know it's value. I think it mighta been discontinued.

Anyway, what do you all think I should upgrade first?

Ultra settings? Looks like it:

You might have to drop a setting or two to keep FPS up in some areas.
