With your budget limitations it looks ok, just swap 4GB with 2x4GB kit, it will boost the machine significantly with very small price increase.

Get a rx470 instead of low end 1050. Also, you gotta buy 2x4gb RAM. 4gb is too low. Otherwise your build is alright. Those changes you must make though. Save and buy when you are ready.
