I would say yes, that HP Envy h8-1437c is a standard case with standard ATX power supply (even though is only 460w)
I would think your odds are probably MUCh better than if it was a DELL,
HP uses Pentagron Oem to them, standard uATX boards layout with no obscure connectors.

I say success rate would be close to 99%, and I would attempt it.
i doubt it. HP, and dell, sometimes make these-pre build computers with a custom motherboard whiche you CANNOT fit in any other case BUT in this case its a uATX sized motherboard which looks like its not a custom mobo but just your normal uATX board which means it can fit in an ATX case, you do need to transfer the standoffs in from the envy case ,which isn't difficult. if the standoffs arent removable then you will need to get you some new onces.
you might run into a prolem tho as i cant see if it has a usb3.0 connector for the front panel. if it doesnt, well that not a deal braking issue, you will just have 2 non-functioning front usb3.0 ports. i currently have 2 non-functioning usb3.0 ports as well because i am an idiot and bought a mobo without usb3.0........... well lets say i wont make that mistake again.
