Can my computer handle an MSI GeForce GTX 960 GAMING 4G (V320-034R)

Solution
Wattage labels mean nothing. Neither do amperage values. They can be labelled with any value made up out of the blue and be legally sold. They can't be trusted.

How "good" a PSU is is what defines if it is suitable for the hardware. Since PSUs do not store power and cannot run out of power, how the PSU performs and is built are pretty much the sole factors as to if it is sufficient or not for hardware.

If it has an 8pin pcie connector that the msi gaming 960 needs. I would not recommend using a molex adapter or something.

You'll be good, then. PSU's quality is up for debate but it should handle a 960.

I meant as in the wattage is fine for being able to run a GTX 960 setup.

I never said it was a good PSU.

I was unaware that using false wattage labels was legal. I do know that some PSUs label wattage by peak wattage and not consistent wattage.
