Can my computer handle ATI RADEON HD 7750?

I have a computer with theese specs:

200w power supply
ATI Athlon II 170u Processor
3GB DDR3 Memory
320GB Hard drive

(If a spec is not listed, The computer is a eMachine with the model: EL1352-10u)

Will it run the card fine, or do I need something additional?

I believe with a 200W power supply, you won't be able to do this.

however, 200W is extremely low for a desktop. may I ask what graphics you were running before?
