The motherboard is a little bit weird to identify, I found, what I think is it's name, on the board itself though,
(found right below the PCI-e 16x 2.0 slot)
M5A97 EVO2/M51BC/DP_MB

Upgrades I'd like to apply:

Case: Fractal Design R4
PSU: Corsair CX600
GPU: GTX 760 or GTX 770 (still debating)

Get a different PSU. The CX units are not great. Antec, XFX, Seasonic, Corsair (HX, tX, AX only)

Yes, the fx6300 supports a gtx760 or 770.

yes it should be able to kewwp up the 770 may cause a tiny bit of a cpu bottleneck unless your overclocked but otherwise you should be good
