Hey, I am new to the scene but these are my computer specs as far as I know and just want to know whether my device will be able to run the graphics card, so:

Processor: Intel l Core i5-4440 CPU @3.10 GHz
Installed RAM: 8 GB (7.81 GB usable)
System Type: 64-bit operating system,x64 based processor
Windows: 8.1
Current Graphics card: Intel HD 4600

If not, what components would I need to upgrade and do you guys have any recommendations?
Thank you

For a better idea, this is the graphics card:

Solution
Yes it can run a gtx 1060 fine.

That eBay link however is not a 1060, it's a fake, likely a gtx 650,or similar from 6years ago,with a new,cooler.

Ebay is rife with these cards, if 1060s were available for less than £60 we would all have one.
