Can my computer run big open world games?

Just wondering how well this computer can run games such as: GTA V, The Division, The Witcher 3, and Fallout 4 and just in general all games.. thanks!

You will be able to run all those games at 60 fps on a 1080p monitor, ultra settings(on most games)

but you really overpaid, compared to if you built it yourself
