Can my computer run GTX 750 Ti ?

My pc specs are:

motherboard: Asus P5Q SE/R
memory: 4GB DDR2
cpu: Intel Core2Quad Q9550
power source: 550 W

If I cant run GTX 750 Ti, can you make another Nvidia card suggestion which I can run and similar to GTX 750Ti? Thanks

Yes you can! You could even run GTX660!

a 660 or a 760 are about the best you can power with your CPU and gaming will be great at that level

a 7950 will work also

a gtx 660 definitely could be powered. maybe you should consider a gtx 660 or you could run amd cards like an r9 270x or 7950
