Can my computer run Skyrim on low resolution?

So I want to get skyrim for my laptop so I can do my let's play for my youtube channel,but I want to know if it can run it without too much lag.The specs are
Windows 7
Manufacturer Del
Model N5110
processor Intel Core i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHZ
Ram 6.00 GB (all is usable)
System type: 6

Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 512 MB of RAM

Internet access for Steam activation

You didn't mention whether or not you have a graphics card but these are the minimum requirements. I think without a gpu with the required specs, you wouldn't be able to play unless your integrated graphics memory can go up to 512mb. Keep in mind that these are the absolute minimum requirements.

I think you will be fine on lowest settings.
