I am planning to enroll in an AutoCAD class at our school and they are using the latest 2018 version so mom bought me a copy online.

Since then I haven't really been able to look up the system requirements and I am worried I can't use it properly due to some limitations of either systems.

Here are the specs...

Desktop PC-
CPU:AMD A4-6300 Dual Core APU 3.88 GHz
RAM:2x4GB Kingston Generic 1333 MHz (OC @ 1532 MHz)
GPU:2GB GDDR5 PALIT GeForce GTX 750Ti StormX OC
OS: Windows 10 Pro Creators Update
HDD:1x500GB Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM

Laptop-
CPU: Intel Core i5-6200U Dual Core 2.8 GHz
RAM:1x4GB Samsung DDR4 2133 MHz (soldered) 1x8GB Kingston HyperX Impact DDR4 2133 MHz
GPU:2GB DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT940MX
OS: Windows 10 Home SL Anniversary Update
HDD:1x1TB Seagate Barracuda 5400 RPM

Well...this depends on the level of difficulty.

Will it run? Almost certainly.
Would a different CPU be better? Sure.

But unless you are expecting to redesign the entire Golden Gate bridge...your current equipment will be fine for the classroom.
