Can my CPU handle the rtx 2060?

I have AMD fx-8350 and a 650 w PS

It'll run, assuming that 650W is of decent quality.

BUT, the 8350 is a dated, relatively weak chip. It's almost certainly going to hold back a 2060 in a lot of instances.

What CPU do you recommend getting, without getting any hold backs whatsoever? My PS is about 3 months old so it's pretty new

Which PSU though? Doesn't matter how old it is, if it's junk.

As for a CPU upgrade..... Nothing on that platform.

Ultimately, a CPU upgrade is also going to need a new MB and DDR4 (without looking to used components, of course)..... What kind of budget are you working with? And where are you located?
