Can my evga 650 ti scc 2gb run bf4 any settings?

hey i was wondering if i could be ok to play bf4 with this gpu or if i have to upgrade. on bf3 i can get 60 - 70 fps when everything on ultra but aa down to 2msa. (depends on which map lowest av seen it drop is 45fps, plus for a second.

geforce 650 ti 2gb scc
i5-3470 overclocked to 3.60ghz
8gb of ripjaw ram
windows 7
corsair 430 watt power supply bronze certificate
current resolution am using is 1280 x 1024 as this is my max for my monitor.

i was thinking of upgrading to evga gtx 670 2gb ftw edition. but i dont think my power supply would handle it. and i was wanting to make sure first. thanx

I run it on my 650 ti boost at ultra around 38-60 frames
