Can my Ga-h61m-s2pv run zotac 1060gtx 6gb?

My motherboard is the one stated above. When I connect my new zotac 1060gtx 6gb to it and boot up the computer it freezes on the first screen (the one that you can click f12 on and go to the bios). I can't enter bios or anything else , it just stays on that screen and finally monitors turns off (into saving mode) but the GPU fans are running
