Can My Gaming Rig Run Latest Games???

My friend told me about building his gaming rig, and he tell me that can he play this latest games in ultra???

" NOTE!!! his only playing the game at 1366x768 resolution.... "

Here are the basic specs

CPU-i3-3220 @3.3Ghz
RAM-8GB
GPU-gtx 750 ti

I imagine some newer games can be played at max settings @ 720p with the GTX 750 Ti. I have another machine with a i3-4130 and GTX 750 Ti. I know what it is capable of at 1080p.

It would depend on the games in question, and on his tolerance for stutter and lag... and if he is playing on a busy server or single player. I can guarantee it isn't going to happen with games like Crysis 3.

tnx for the answer CLUTCHC .....indeed i imagine he could well, play new games because of the low resolution monitor, unlike your gaming at 1080p....that's gonna need some muscles to perform very well at such high resolution....
