Depends are you gaming on two monitors at once? or are you doing game on one monitor and skype, stats at MSI afterburner on the other?
in theory the both would be yes. However gaming on two monitors at once will have the crosshair in the middle of the bezel so not playable. But yes basically all GPU's even intigrated solutions can handle two monitors at once. If your just gaming on one and having skype ect open on the other monitor your FPS will not take a hit. But if your doing something that requires GPU usage on the other monitor such as watching a movie you will notice a small hit in proformance. sorry if this is confusing. I can simplfy it. PS sorry for my english aswell, as im french canadian
Yes you can, any framerate lag or heat issues will depend on what you are using the card for, the ambient air temperature and the airflow of your case. While gaming, recording, AutoCad-ing etc. will use the card's resources and produce heat. To simply display another monitor for browsing/using Windows desktop - no this will not effect performance of the card

Thanks for the quick reply ^^ and yay but i play League of legends on ultra so will it handle it on one display with like lets say a stream or a video on the other?

Also when you say you have an MSI 370 Im guessing its the R7 370 4GB gaming? if so the IO is Display portx1 HDMIx1 and DVIx2 so you can hook the current monitor via HDMI (or DVI I just assume you use HDMI) and hook up a second display Via DVI. But if your second display requires HDMI you can get a Display port to HDMI adaptor or DVI to HDMI. If you need a cheap DVI to HDMI adaptor you can get then on eBay for like $1.50 just with awful shipping

GOD and yes i have the MSI R7 370 2 GB
