Can my GPU run this resolution for gaming?

Hi everyone. Currently I have a 1920x1080 monitor which I have had for quite a while now and I was thinking it is time to get a new monitor. I am looking to buy a 2560x1080 monitor, like this one http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7794005, and I am wondering if my PC can run games like BF4, GTA V and FIFA 15 at that resolution at close to max settings. I believe it can as currently I can run BF4 maxed out around 60 FPS on 64 player servers. Thanks

A 7970 is really a 1080p card. It would be more preferable for you to sell your card and get a 970 for better higher resolution performance.
