Need expert help that if it will work safe on my pc or not.
any suggestions regarding updating my pc are welcome.

what is f9?

there have been bad CM psu's, but if what you have is not one of those, then you are fine. 850w is plenty.
just one thing though, e4500 will bottleneck your gpu. Consider upgrading your cpu (includes board and ram) in the near future to maximize performance

ty for ur suggestions
my psu is 750w I ll upgrade my board and cpu after 6-8 months . I just want to know if I put in my gpu it won't harm any components . e4500 ll bottleneck my gpu - can u explain me dis in detail

simply put, your cpu is too slow for your gpu. so, the gpu can push further but the cpu cannot cope up. it will not harm your pc, but will run slower than what it can really do.
it's like this, say a certain game. with your setup, let us say that average FPS is now 40fps, but given the same setup but with a different cpu, it can go to 60fps due to the better cpu (still using the same gpu)

ty very much for your help
suggest me best fit motherboard and cpu(for higher gaming exp)

depends on your budget, but personally i like intel i5 (unlocked, so that is i5 with a "k" at the end) then for the boards, you have asus, gigabyte, msi or asrock.
i currently have asrock, good value for money, been using it ever since i got my intel 2500k (overclocked at 4ghz). i think it's almost 4yrs old
checkout asrock z97 extreme4 (or its brothers, depending on your budget)
if you have the money, there are a lot more options. asus hero board is also nice

I am spending 30000 INR(indian rupees)
for motherboard ,processor and case

I needed bigger case for better airflow and wire management.
but my gpu does fit in the case that I am currently using.
