Question Can my GPUs of workstation and personal PC handle the new monitor?

So my plan is to buy a new Acer monitor of 4k for office and personal use https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B08J921K8C/

below are the specifications of GPU, CPU and current monitors. Mention to me if I need to post other info from the CPU-z report.

usage or programs, Office tableau power bi, None of graphics stuff.
Planning to connect it with Display port
Note- checked my CPU display cable is working on bo

Planning to connect it with HDMI
Usage only one game Dota 2, but I am willing to play on 1080p if possible on the new 4k monitor or lower setting otherwise I will play it on my old 720P monitor.

Questions:-

1. Will both of the GPU be able to display windows 10?
