Can my graphics card support 3D?

i plan to buy a better desktop in 2 weeks time.
But in the next few days i am going to buy LG D2342P-PN at an IT fair and is wondering if my laptop with Radeon HD 6570 2GB can support 3D movie and Gaming. does anyone know?

While on the subject, i only need good graphics card and 3D monitor to play games in 3D right?

You need a *very* good graphics card as it is going to work twice as much, a 3D monitor and compatible 3D glasses that should come with the monitor.
