Can my graphics card work with 3 monitors?

I have an AMD RADEON R9 270 series as shown in the link above. It has a single DVI port, one HDMI port and one display port.

I want to be able to use 3 monitors with eyefinity for gaming but im not too sure how.

Should not be a problem. Just connect each monitor to the ports?

you can, but you could get a reduction in performance.
