Hi

according to this info
http://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-750-ti/specifications

geforce-gtx-750-ti

has a 6pin connector which supplies a maximum of 75W at 12 V
power required about 60 watt for that card

min 300Watt PSU recomended

so that 500W PSU which can supply 360 Watt at 12 V should have ample power for intel CPU's and that GPU

I think 300W was misread as power required for GPU when it is recomended minimum power output for PSU

Thermal and Power Specs:
95 CMaximum GPU Tempurature (in C)
60 WGraphics Card Power (W)
300 WMinimum System Power Requirement (W)

If its just your card and nothing else it should work fine. With a processor on top of that graphics card I guarantee you will go over your maximum output.

So.. i can go for this GC without any problem such overheating? Autoshutdown? Maybe i can upgrade for gtx 950? or r7 370.. What do you think?

Well going over your maximum power is highly unrecommended. If you go over the maximum power you will hear popping and crackling from your power supply. This is a sign of electronic damage and can destroy your computer. A 600 - 700w power supply only costs around $60 so why not get a combo deal with your graphics card.
