Can my GTX 960 4Gb Oc run games such as Batman Arkham Knight/Fallout 4/New games?

I understand that I won't be able to play this game at 4K or anything, but would it be possible to play these games at decent quality with NO FRAME DROPS?

Considering I was a console gamer, anything on PC just looks amazing. Also, on medium settings for example what quality do you think I will get(1080P,720P) as long as it runs great.

yes you can but not at the highest settings

If you want to maintain 60fps then you have to lower some setting. But batman AK was a mess on pc.
