Can my H61M-c ASUS motherboard run i5 4690K/GTX 960/GTX 970?

I have an H61M-c motherboard, I have no idea if it can run i5 4690K/GTX 960/GTX 970, any ideas? Also it can run a 3rd generation intel processor, but what about the video card? Is it compatible?

i5-3570 or i5-3570K; get the least expensive since your motherboard can't overclock. You may get a better deal on a slightly slower i5.
