Can my PC handle a 2560x1080 monitor?

I will be using this for editing, streaming and doing other work.

My PC specs are:
12GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GT 730
Intel I5 4460 (3.2Ghz quad core)

Yes, it can handle it but, with gt 730 it'll hard to game.
